- If a member does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue use of the service and request membership cancellation. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. Governing Rules
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable telecommunications laws, e-commerce regulations, customary commercial practices, and other relevant laws.

4. Formation of Service Agreement
The service agreement is formed when SOLNZ.NET accepts a user’s application for membership.
In principle, service agreements are concluded on a per-ID basis.
5. Membership Application and Termination
- Applications must be submitted via the online registration form for identity verification and necessary information collection. All information must be truthful and accurate.

- Infringes on the rights or reputation of other members
- Interferes with the Company’s operations
- Attempts to harm the Company’s legitimate business interests
6. Modification of Member Information and Qualification Restrictions
- Members may review and modify their personal information at any time within the website.
- The Company may limit or suspend approval of membership applications if:
- System capacity is insufficient
- Technical issues occur
- Other reasonable grounds exist
- The Company may restrict or revoke membership if:

- Another person’s identity was used

- The ultimate purpose of collecting personal information by SOLNZ.NET is to provide customized services to its members. The scope includes content services, communication services, online shopping services, and other services.
- Personal information is retained while membership is active. Upon termination or revocation of membership, personal information will be deleted in accordance with Company policy.
- The Company may compile statistical data and may use cookies to improve services. Members may refuse cookies through browser settings.

8. Obligations of the Company
- The Company shall make services available from the approved service commencement date.
- The Company shall strive to provide continuous and stable services and promptly repair any system failures unless due to force majeure.
- The Company shall handle legitimate complaints appropriately and inform members of processing timelines if delays occur.
- The Company shall protect member privacy in accordance with these Terms.
- The Company shall endeavor to provide convenience in contract-related procedures.
9. Obligations of Members
- Members must comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, service guidelines, and notices issued by the Company, and must not engage in any activity that interferes with the Company’s operations.
- Members are fully responsible for managing their account ID and password. The Company is not liable for any consequences resulting from negligent management or unauthorized use of a member’s ID or password.
- Members must comply with all usage restrictions posted in service announcements or otherwise communicated separately by the Company.
- Members may not use the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any outcomes arising from such commercial activities, and members shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any damages resulting from unauthorized commercial use.
- Membership rights, service access privileges, and other contractual rights may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, or pledged as security to any third party.
- Members must immediately notify the Company if their account ID is used fraudulently or without authorization.
- Members agree to receive service-related communications, including emails, sent by the Company as part of the Service.
- Members shall not engage in any of the following prohibited acts:
- Unauthorized use of another member’s ID or account.
- Reproducing, copying, publishing, broadcasting, distributing, or otherwise using information obtained through the Service for purposes other than personal use without prior written consent from the Company, or providing such information to third parties.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party, including copyrights or other proprietary rights.

Members wishing to terminate the agreement must notify the Company at least one (1) day prior to the intended termination date (or two (2) days prior if the termination date falls on a public holiday).

The Company may terminate or suspend service without prior notice if a member:
- Misuses another’s ID or password
- Intentionally disrupts service operations
- Registers under a false name
- Creates duplicate accounts
- Distributes harmful or immoral content
- Damages national or public interest
- Defames others
- Sends excessive or advertising information
- Distributes computer viruses
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates election laws or regulatory directives
- Publishes obscene content or links
- Violates these Terms
