Career opportunities
Graduates register with the New Zealand Institute of Medical Laboratory Science to work as Medical Laboratory Scientists. Those who go on to complete a Master’s or PhD may also work as academics in Medical Laboratory Science, or as researchers at government institutes, medical device companies, or pharmaceutical research labs.
