This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of hotel and food service management in New Zealand.Given New Zealand’s highly developed hospitality and tourism sector, most institutions focus on developing qualified industry professionals. The curriculum delivers a diverse range of knowledge, theory, and practical skills. Students will cover hotel services, finance, and marketing, alongside food and beverage operations, accommodation and kitchen management, food safety, customer relations, human resources, and leadership.Graduates can obtain various recognized qualifications within the New Zealand tourism sector. Furthermore, because schools offer direct on-site placements and practical training, secure employment in the local hotel and food service industries after graduation is highly achievable.

졸업 후 진로
과정 이수 후 뉴질랜드 전 지역의 호텔, 모텔 및 여행사, 항공사, 외식 업체, 테마파크 등 전공 분야와 연계되는 호텔 및 관광 관련 산업 분야로 진출할 수 있습니다. 대부분의 관광 분야에서는 영어 이외 다른 언어를 사용할 수 있는 전문 인재를 선호 하고 있어 외국인의 취업이 용이 합니다. 특히 관광객의 수요가 많은 남섬 지방으로 취업을 하시게 되시면 추후 이민 신청 시 오클랜드 외 지역 보너스 점수 30점을 획득 하실 수 있습니다.
