Students who complete the Level 6 Diploma in Hospitality Management may be eligible to progress into the second year of AUT’s Bachelor of International Hospitality Management, subject to AUT’s academic and English-language entry requirements.

• Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Levels 3 and 4 – Healthcare Course

The New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing prepares students for employment in healthcare and community support roles. After completing the programme, graduates who secure an eligible care workforce position with an accredited New Zealand employer may apply for an Accredited Employer Work Visa, subject to meeting the relevant employment, qualification, wage, and immigration requirements. Those who complete at least 24 months of eligible care workforce employment may qualify for the Care Workforce Work-to-Residence pathway.

• Certificate in Cookery Level 4 and Diploma in Cookery Level 5

These cookery courses in New Zealand provide practical culinary training and opportunities to gain valuable commercial kitchen experience. After graduation, students may seek chef or cookery-related employment through their internship connections or with career support from NZMA. Graduates who receive an eligible full-time job offer from an accredited employer may apply for an Accredited Employer Work Visa. • Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Level 5

The New Zealand Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Level 5 provides practical pharmaceutical knowledge and includes a minimum of 320 hours of work experience with a pharmacy provider. After graduating, students may pursue pharmacy technician employment through their placement network or with support from NZMA’s career services. Those who secure a qualifying full-time position with an accredited employer may be eligible for an Accredited Employer Work Visa. Skilled residence eligibility will depend on meeting the occupation, employment, salary, qualification, and points requirements in effect at the time of application.
