• Small Class Sizes: Our cooking programme is limited to 21 students per class, ensuring personalised attention and practical, hands-on culinary training.

• Flexible Entry Requirements: Applicants aged 17 or older can enrol, regardless of their academic background, provided they meet the required English language proficiency standards.
• International Study Pathway: Graduates of the two-year International Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision (Advanced) Level 5 can transfer into the second year of the Bachelor in Culinary Arts programme at École Ducasse in Paris, France.
